Daniela and Mauricio had their very own meet-cute in the “Land of Enchantment”, Mexico City when Mauricio was working for a bank. Daniela has always been an adventurous soul who loves to travel and has lived in many parts of the world, so it was only fitting that she met the love of her life in the scenic locale of Mexico.
Mauricio being the romantic soul he is, instantly fell in love with Daniela’s intrepid spirit. The lovely couple got engaged in San Miguel Allende and as the location played a significant role in their lives, they knew that it is where they wanted to tie the knot. The colonial-era city in Mexico’s central highlands, is known for its baroque Spanish architecture, thriving arts scene and cultural festivals. The beautiful destination served as the perfect backdrop for Daniela and Mauricio Mexican themed nuptials!
The catholic ceremony took place at the San Francisco Church located in the historic city of San Miguel de Allende. The couple welcomed guests from all over the world who took part and walked in a donkey lead parade towards the reception venue, Insituto Allende.
Daniela was a very hands on bride who knew exactly what she wanted which made it easy for the Penzi team to bring her vision to life. She wanted a bohemian look that goes very well with the romantic feel of the city. Pampas grass and handmade lamps were incorporated with the wedding décor to complement the bride’s style. The overall ornamentation for the revelries illustrated the picture perfect, scenic views of the city center of San Miguel.
The guests enjoyed a wide array of flavoured margaritas and gorged on exquisite Mexican fusion delicacies. The festivities ended with everyone letting their hair down and dancing the night away!
