Ahiza as a reporter for a prestigious TV network in the US and Vauhg as a surgeon is used to being the center of all eyes, but for their wedding, they did not want it to be like that and they opted for an intimate wedding, only with their family and dearest friends.
Thye both traveled from the United States to celebrate the wedding they wanted. Beautiful but unpretentious, full of color and life wrapped in the Spanish sunset in the beautiful palace garden, among trees and natural flowers, they tied the knot on 6th October 2019.
Their moment was vivaciously captured by an award-winning photographer from Spain – Monika Zaldo. They chose the Galiana Palace for their luxurious, intimate and family wedding. It took place in the Palacio de Galiana in Toledo, Spain. It is architecturally stunning, and the garden area surrounding the palace is flooded with towering cypress trees, rows of olive, pomegranate trees, and impressive views of Toledo’s medieval old city, especially at night!
“I was quickly inspired by the warm light of the place, the smell of the flowers and the beauty of the place. It really doesn’t take much to create a charming atmosphere. Those gardens full of light, water and flowers, the stone walls, the battlements and the fantastic rooms were an incomparable place for the photographic session of this beautiful couple.” Says Monika.
The couple said “I do” in the presence of their loved ones. And this magical moment along with the amalgamation of sunlight falling on the colossal trees of the venue was captured perfectly in this picture.
The destination wedding was celebrated on a beautiful and hot September day, in the afternoon, when the sun was no longer so high on the horizon and the heat gave way to a very pleasant temperature. The ceremony was held in the wonderful palace garden. It was full of emotion and traditions, both the bride and groom’s family went out of their way at the wedding and made the ceremony unforgettable.
