Rosé Sangria

Sangria and summer go together like, well, you and your beau. The classic is made of red wine, but hey, we are in the summer spirit. Just replace the red wine with rosé. Dress up your favorite fruity rosé with a mixture of berries (the classic), kiwi (the unexpected) and even a splash of rum or brandy if you’re feeling extra pumped.
Pretty-in-Pink Mimosa

When Blaire Waldorf in Gossip Girl said- “Have a little faith and if that doesn’t work, have a lot of mimosas,” she was probably right!! For your summer wedding, ditch the traditional orange mimosa and try this pretty pink one. Pour Prosecco into the champagne flute. Top with Sparkling Ice Cherry Limeade. Slice the strawberry and drop it into the flute or as a garnish on the side of the flute. Enjoy!
Piña Colada

The piña colada is the ultimate tiki cocktail, made up of rum, pineapple and coconut—an absolute winning formula. Pour the two rums, the coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice into a blender and blend until smooth. To serve, pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple leaves and a maraschino cherry.
Long Island Iced Tea

We don’t usually drink tea but when we do, we make sure it’s a long island! One of the most refreshing things we can think of doing on a hot summer’s day is drinking a tall, cool glass of iced tea! The classic recipe is a delicious one, but did you know that there are actually many different iced tea flavors. Add the vodka, rum, tequila, gin, triple sec, simple syrup and lemon juice to a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of the cola and stir briefly.
Limoncello Mojito

When life gives you lemons, you make a Limoncello! This Italian lemon liqueur tastes like biting into an actual lemon! In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and syrup. Add the limoncello and rum and fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Fill a hurricane or highball glass with ice, then strain in the liquid. Top off the glass with soda water. Garnish with additional mint leaves.
Mai Tai

The Mai Tai is the quintessential beach drink of the Hawaiian islands. Sipping one while kicked back on a beach lounger is part of the vacation experience — especially if it comes garnished with a bright pink cocktail umbrella. Place all ingredients except the dark rum in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake. Pour the dark rum on top of the drink, and it will settle on in a single layer. Strain the drink into a lowball glass.
