What’s the idea behind creating such unique experiences?

“As a DMC tour operator, we believe in the evolution of the inbound services, not just traditional, common and ‘already seen.’ Our purpose was to defining experiences as next-level services, engaging the customer emotionally to create a memorable event while adding value to the interaction.”

 

 

“Also, this is beneficial when the economy slows down as now, due to COVID-19, and people tend to want to go on vacation. Our opinion is that the tourism industry is the first to emerge from a downturn. This scenario prompted us to create original travel inspirations to include something truly special like the unique made in Italy experiences. We also try to integrate the essence of the location where each experience takes place and is fundamental in order to deliver reliability inexperience.

There is no doubt that differentiating experiences with a true feel helps to get the most successful in attracting and retaining loyal travelers following. The travel luxury industry has seen a shift of focus away from the luxury product towards experiencing luxury as a whole.”
