6 Yoga Poses To Improve Your Posture Before The Wedding!

Your dress is gorgeous, your makeup is flawless and the surrounding is just stunning. Still, if you look at some photos you will blame the photographer for not taking the picture from a correct angle. Often, we subconsciously protect our fragile hearts or nervousness by slightly hunching forward, crossing our arms over our chests, and lowering our gaze. These 6 yoga poses can help you regain your confidence and get alter-ready in no time.

Getting married is just like climbing a mountain. Prepare yourself to conquer the challenges by doing this pose which will help you to strengthen your core muscles while giving flexibility to thighs. Performed from a plank position, you’ll alternate bringing one knee to your chest, then back out again, speeding up each time until you’re “running” against the floor.

Marriage is all about stability, and this standing wedding yoga pose helps us find just that, by keeping us focused and steady. Stand on one foot and keep it firm on the floor. Gently pull your other leg outwards and maintain a steady balance by gripping it from one hand while extending your other hand upwards. Your pelvis should remain centered and your hips should be square.
