Great experience!

We had a great experience with fashion moments and especially with Doris who was there for us since the beginning. We both live outside of Portugal and therefore were looking for a wedding planner to help us with the organization and coordination with all the vendors. From the first face to face and then Skype meeting we had a great feeling about fashion and Doris. Doris was always available and was able to connect us quickly with relevant vendors. On the wedding day itself she made sure that everything went smoothly so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. You can clearly see that Doris loves her job and she she does it with full commitment and dedication, always with a smile. Thank you very much Doris and Fashion moments for all the support for our special day, we couldn’t have done it without you !!

Best Choice we made

The pre-wedding period is always very anxious and, at times, we feel bewildered by so much that there is to prepare. However a wedding planner (from Fashion Moments!) Is the solution! We got married in August and contacted Fashion in December of the previous year. Since then, it was Dóris who accompanied us in everything we needed, always 100% available to help us, listen to our concerns, doubts and anxieties. It was a very important support in the whole process, from advising the best suppliers, getting in touch with them and, often, being present at meetings to guide us. It was also Fashion that made us all the decoration and it was just as we wanted. But the highlight was on the wedding day - what a rest for the bride and groom and family! All the guests noticed the "girls" who were always present and who "were tireless all day, how wonderful". In fact, that's when we realized how important it is to have a wedding planner on the big day. Things happen, the day goes by, everything is organized and well programmed and we just don't even notice it! It is a huge relief, we managed to make the most of the day without worrying about hours and etc ... It was the best investment we made. We felt that all the cents were worth the relaxation they gave us on the happiest day of our lives.

Amazing team!

Me and my now husband live in the uk but both come from Portuguese families. Trying to organise from England and with rusty Portuguese skills it was difficult. But then we met Doris and the team at Quinta do Casal Novo, and it was exactly the help we needed. Doris was incredible, she listened to all my ideas. I had the idea for a Alice in wonderland tea party theme. My husband was terrified we were heading into Disney cartoon territory but Doris completely understood, and our wedding was more beautiful than we could have asked for. The night went without a hitch thanks to the team, and our guests were in love with the decoration, food, cake and great atmosphere. Most of our guests have said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! Thank you Doris and team for going above and beyond, you are all incredible!

We worked with Doris Costa as our wedding planner. She was amazing! Always responded proptly and when she could not her team was top notch. The planning was efficient and honest. We never felt like anything was pushed on us. Truly a custom experience and she always listened to our requests. There are no words to describe the pleasure of working with the Fashion Moments team. They made our day! Literally! From the first email nearly 1,5 years before our wedding date to the big day itself, it was clear to us how passionate and caring Dóris is. She, together with Sofia, took care of everything. The whole process was smooth and she did her best to make every moment enjoyable. In no moment did I feel like I had “only” a wedding planner. With Dóris, I felt I had someone to rely on and someone who would do anything to make our day unforgettable. Our wedding was the happiest day of our lives and we would change nothing about it. When we met Fashion Moments we were in a panic, we were just a few months away from the wedding and with a lot to do, including problems with the venue we chose. FM opened the doors for us and welcomed us. They gave us all the support and were 100% available, they even volunteered and made lots of contacts to choose a new venue within 2 months of the wedding. Anyway, they basically saved us! They were with us all day and it was undoubtedly an asset, because it made it possible for us to get the most out of our day. The commitment and availability, professionalism of the whole team must be emphasized again! The result was wonderful. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, especially to our dear Sofia and Joana because they were tireless and were always with us from the first contact until the wedding day !! They were undoubtedly essential for the realization of our dreams. We hope to keep in touch, as these ties should not be corrupted. Thank you

Doris is a warm hearted person and clearly loves what she does. She prides herself on being attentive and responsive, whether using email, WhatsApp or Skype. Our wedding planning had very challenging moments early on and we were forced to change venues after signing the contract and paying a deposit. Fashion Moments were able to represent us and act on our behalf to rectify the situation, suggesting an alternative venue that worked out better than the initial plan. Doris acted as our eyes and ears, conducting site visits and corresponding with vendors on our behalf. To decide on decor, she held a trial via Skype for us to see a sample of what the decor/centrepieces/bouquet would look like. While I did not immediately like the bouquet, Doris listened to my feedback and when I finally saw it in person I fell in love with it - it was beyond perfect, and she nailed it!! She accompanied us to the menu tasting, and the hair/makeup trial. We hosted a dinner the night before and she attended to greet our guests and ensure the night ran smoothly. On the day of the event she and Mafalda were so responsive and attentive. Doris even took pictures throughout the day so that we had photos to share right after the event (professional photos were scheduled to take 3-6 months!) - wonderful attention to detail. Our guests said they were impressed with how well everything was run and how friendly Doris and Mafalda were. Of course there were moments, expenses or details that did not go exactly as planned, but considering the number of details and decisions that needed to be made over the course of 10 months, as well as the emotions that come with planning a destination wedding, we would 100% recommend Doris and Fashion Moments to prospective couples. They understood our vision and it was all about giving us our dream wedding. We have no regrets and would not hesitate to use them again. Doris, thank you so much for everything! Wonderful work

Our experience with Fashion Moments was wonderful! They were such a joy to work with. They put so much care and love into everything they did. They listened, and delivered our vision beautifully on our special day. We worked mostly with Doris who was just amazing!!! Our day was practically stress free all thanks to her and her team. We are so grateful to have had this amazing team working with us every step of the way especially because they eased the process being a destination wedding for us. I’m sure that this won’t be the last time we will be able to work together. Thank you Doris and team for helping us have the best time on the most important day of our lives so far!

I highly recommend the work of Fashion Moments. They are very professional, they responded to all of our emails and messages very quickly. We had the opportunity to have Dóris and Joana at our wedding who did an excellent job from start to finish. They are very professional and have given us a lot of security. A magical day from a fairy tale

I believe that the option of marriage is one of the most magical and beautiful choices of a couple. When we thought about getting married, we wanted something magical, similar to the fairy tales we heard in childhood. Wedding planner was a sure thing!
