“99% of all wedding guests will also have a smart phone with them to post images on social media. This means that the more visually stunning the venue and food is, the better. Our team have reacted to this by steering away from set menus and buffets and focusing more on chic pass-round food. We have also been creating food in interesting colours that are being served in creative ways. Examples of this include the use of fountains, dry ice and even sparklers. Colour is trending in 2019, now the couple want colours to be incorporated in their themes, it usually should be a reflection of their personality. Florals are also starting to play a big role in décor. We see guests cover whole ceilings and walls with blossoms.
