The gorgeous island of Bali witnessed the biggest conglomeration of destination & luxury wedding experts from 70+ countries who together explored Bali as an upcoming wedding destination. Full of networking opportunities, immaculate panel sessions and parties to be remembered for a lifetime, the DWP Congress was a huge success! Starting The Buzz With Warm Balinese Welcome At The Airport
After traveling far and wide the excitement to meet old friends and make new ones was indescribable. It was a perfect welcome at the airport with Balinese dancers welcoming the guest with frangipani garlands, coconut water and our signature DWP smiles. Ready to explore passion, energy and fruitful sessions over the next 3 days, the guests loved the warm welcome and felt refreshed and energized.
Hello Bali At The Opening Cocktail Party
Day 1 was all about relaxing and meeting each other in a casual way. The party was set at Bali Bech Glamping, but before that, Bali Wedding Associations made our attendees play a fun game until they reach their destination. Upon arrival at the beautiful property, Orange Productions set a beautiful entertainment with mermaids. Frans Decor set up a beautiful boho decor with laidback seating by Bali Event Hire.
Learning From The Best At The Conference
Focusing extensively on transforming the realm of luxury & destination weddings, the Congress covered all aspects from regional to intention through keynote, panel and boardroom sessions. The conference covered a wide spectrum of topics, from rebooting your business and upping your social media strategy to growing your business globally. The tropical decor set up by Trinity Artwork and La Reine Event Designers was gorgeous.
Making It Count At The 1-1 Meetings Session
The one-to-one meetings and networking sessions gave attendees the best opportunities to know each other and build new connections. Apart from the coffee breaks, luncheons, and party nights, this was the perfect window during the conference for our attendees to put their best business foot forward and help each other grow their brands. The Congress connected wedding planners with the right suppliers from 70+ countries, with 30+ hours of focused networking and witnessed over 5000 meetings onsite!
Diving Deep Into The Feels of Luxury & Destination Weddings At DWP Boardrooms
The DWP Regional & Internation Boardroom further took our attendees on a journey of exploring their business in unchartered territories. Covering the globe from India, Africa, the Middle East, USA, and more; our world-class speakers with their years of experience in the industry clarified the doubts personally to help them expand and upscale their business globally.
Glaming Up At The Gala Night
From swooning decor details to breathtaking cake and energizing performances, the DWP Gala night was a night of shimmering opulence. Planned by Innaz Communique, the night was oozing opulence in every element of the decor. With Tea Rose Wedding, Luxe Living Bali and Steve Decor providing gorgeous decor, the night emerged to its pinnace with ONEmpire band casting their magic with energizing performances. The stationery by House of Paperterie was lovely and the dinner by Queen’s Tandoor made us all linger. Showstopping performances by the team of Orange Productions left the attendees in awe. The massive castle cake by Le Novelle Cake was simply out of the world!
Closing Cocktail
The final closing of the event was at Saba Estate, a luxurious privately-owned villa. Good food, good music, and great people. Vowever Wedding and Citta Wedding made the night glorious with their decor. Orange Productions once again set the stage on fire with their amazing water-drumming performances. Attendees officially bid their farewells to each other before they met in the DWP Qatar edition.
