Bárbara is the Founder of Bárbara Diez Events, Argentina, and a widely recognized Wedding and Event Planner for over 20 years in Latin America. She is a Master Bridal Consultant from the Association of Bridal Consultants (USA) and an Academic Consultant at CIDEC, Member of the Honorary Council of COE.
Bárbara has organized over 1000 social and corporate events and is considered one of the most exclusive and innovative players in the region, having more than 980 weddings and events under her belt (including national and international celebrity weddings, such as Michael Bublé & Luisana Lopilato). She has hosted “The Wedding Planner” show aired by FOX Utilisima TV network for Latam. She is also the founder/ creator of the “Buenos Aires Bridal Weekend” and author of “Wedding Architecture,” a book published by Sudamericana Penguin Random House.
Bárbara’s professional track has earned her multiple awards: Ottfried Neubecker Cultural Merit Medal (2015), CITI-UP Creative Woman Award (2015), 2014 Business Women awarded by CAME (Confederación Argentina de la Mediana Empresa), Entrepreneur Style Award by Palermo University (2011), among many others. She is an international speaker with over 50 conferences and seminars given in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Mexico, and USA, including her role as Endeavor speaker. Her wedding planning company has been featured as a business case study for the industry in Latin America. She now has her own series on Star+ and Disney+ called PLANNERS.
