We had to plan our wedding in Portugal from afar within a few months. The event was a full day affair for 150 guests with multiple components, including a pool party, a breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner, a wedding ceremony, a cocktail reception, a dance party for adults and a party for kids with a magician, science experiments and arts and crafts. You were instrumental in making sure the event was executed in the most professional and smoothest way possible. Your experience, responsiveness and attention to detail greatly exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t believe that it was possible to pull off an event like this after visiting the venue only once and having done only one food tasting. All the other communication and planning was done remotely and your flexibility and readiness to respond to our numerous questions and requests for modifications were truly remarkable. Our wedding was beautiful, and we didn’t have to stress about any logistics whatsoever as we had full trust in what you were doing. Our wedding exceeded our dreams! We’ll never forget it and how you made it happen. We know we were demanding ????, given the number of guests travelling in and the 5 events we had planned! It all felt effortless. We’d asked that each event be completely different, and they were. All was planned and executed impeccably, the process was efficient, the level of attention to detail gave us so much confidence that we were able to relax and enjoy each moment in Lisbon with our friends and family from around the globe.
