Spread over six floors, the property houses a ballroom, a makeup salon, a children’s playroom, a games room with Karaoke, a private cinema, a gym, a dance/ yoga studio, a winter garden conervatory and other grand and fun spaces. The estate has its own Beach Club featuring a heated 25m swimming pool, a striking pavilion by Pritzker Prize wining architect Toyo Ito, an early 20^th century Rotunda sitting at the edge of the sea, direct beach access and a private boat deck.
