Jimbour is both a tiny village 238km northwest of Brisbane, Australia and also the location of one of the nation's most gracious historical homes- Jimbour- built in 1876. It is a heritage listed home and a Queensland landmark. Since 1923 it has been owned by the Russell Family (currently run as part of the operations of the Russell Pastoral Company) who have continued its heritage of hospitality and excellence while redefining its engagement with the community so as to ensure that its heritage is available for all to enjoy.
