Four Seasons Hotel Moscow continues to ensure that guest and employee health and safety remains our top priority. Our Hotel is open and welcoming guests, and we have launched an enhanced global health and safety program, LEAD WITH CARE. Please ensure that you are up to date on the latest government regulations when travelling. We continue to closely monitor the evolving situation and to abide by all local health authorities. As a result, restaurant and facility services and hours of operation may be modified in order to comply with physical distancing regulations. Upon arrival, there will be a screening procedure that may include temperature checking as well as a series of questions regarding health and recent travel. Our employees will be wearing masks. In accordance with the advice of medical experts and industry best practices, all guests (age 10 and above) will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces on property and when receiving service while in their guest room. Masks are strongly recommended for children age 2–9 years old. In some jurisdictions, additional or more stringent regulations on mask usage are mandated and must therefore apply. Our hotels adhere to the more stringent requirement between Four Seasons Corporate Policy and local regulations.
