Planning a destination wedding from the UK was a challenge, but Crosscraft truly made it as stress free as possible, we'd go as far as to say they made it a real joy to plan. Right from meeting Serrao you got the sense that this isn't just a business with a bottom line. This work is his life and a real passion. From our first meeting with him we got a real sense that he's inspired by his work, loved a challenge and really cared about his clients. Serrao also has a good knack of hiring some incredible people. Atul and Griva were both highly skilled professionals that we could totally trust from day 1. We feel like our wedding was organised by friends not strangers, they made a real effort to get to know our personalities, to listen to our needs and wants, and then to go away and plan the event of our dreams. They were more than wedding planners, they were designers, event managers, last minute problem solvers, and with a bit of encouragement great dancers too. Atul and Griva's attention to detail was incredible. The decor blew us away for every single event. The really lovely thing was seeing little surprises that we hadn't even discussed included. Also looking back at the photos, made us really appreciate the level of detail the whole team went to for us. I think a key part of what makes Crosscraft such great wedding planners is their communication. They were prompt, and flexible with meetings, they were super speedy and clear with emails and texts, and the most important thing is that they made a real effort to listen and respond to our requests. Budget wise, Crosscraft at first looked to be out of our budget, but we were pleasantly surprised just how accommodating to our budget and needs they were. Our budget may have been smaller, but for us it was a big deal. Crosscraft really understood and respected this. Throughout the process we were confident that they were trying their best to keep costs down without compromising on quality. I'd say overall Crosscraft is a company that cares about it's work and clients, this isn't just about making money, it's about making wow moments happen, and there were so so many throughout all our events. If you're thinking about having your wedding or special event in Goa, we can't recommend Crosscraft enough. It was by far the best decision we made! So I just got married in November, and I'm sorry I can't be modest here because I would have to say it was one of the most beautiful wedding's I've been too. The team that helped me put together this wedding was the best team there is in Goa. Our ceremony took place at the Chicalim church followed by the reception at Stone Water Eco Resort. We live in mumbai so we did a few trips to Goa to ensure everything we wanted at the wedding was taken care of. We started getting in touch with one vendor at a time and they helped recommend the others. I started with our DJ, Ryan Nogar, who then recommended Updesh- The Compere and The Band - True Blue. With regards to overall handling of the entire event and decor we knew of Crosscraft but were not sure if we would be able to afford them because our wedding was like a small little event compared to the massive events crosscraft does. But we met Francis and his team- Martinha, Griva and a few others. After meeting them I sent across the moodboard and everytime we went to Goa we made changes to it and they told us whatever was possible. The budget was sent to us and we died, because we hadn't planned for that cost. But the team met us every trip and adjusted the budget further. We still were not convinced because we were not ready. And then the final moodboard was locked and the final budget came to us, we were elated because Francis and his team had not just given us what we wanted but also at the cost that we had decided. We also ran past all our vendors with Francis as final checks and lock ins and its was the best idea. It was then execution day and the moment I arrived outside the church I couldn't imagine what was in front of me because they had given me more than I had asked for. The decor outside and inside the church was elegant and beautiful. And our guests were so well taken care of that we didn't even have to worry. I was just in awe of the work they had done. We then proceeded to the reception and I couldn't believe my eyes because the venue was done up like a dream. It was stunning and every guest that left the venue that night had told us that this wedding was magical. Its been 2 months and everywhere we go people have only been talking about the wedding and the elegance and class that came with it. Francis is not just a business man but an amazing individual who doesn't just cater to his clients requirements but gives them so much more , a holistic approach to their wedding. Martinha from his team a true rockstar who was by my side during the entire process. She handled everything beautifully and did a spectacular job from the beginning to the end. It started drizzling at our wedding and within few minutes she ensured our entire wedding had moved inside to a closed covered setup where we partied till the wee hours of the morning. I am only grateful and thankful that we had Crosscraft handle everything for us because without them we would have been stranded. I have great pleasure in formally announcing wedding of my beloved son Ashish with Aditi ( d/o Smt Archana ji & Shri Deepak sa Banthia,Kolkatta) who is a designer & running her own fashion brand Adiba. The marriage happened on 21st March 2020 at Taj Convention Centre, Goa. This was probably the last and the only destination wedding in whole of country which happened just before the start of lockdown ( 19-21 March 2020 ) As rightly said,Man proposes & God disposes, the wedding was originally planned at Kingdom of Bahrain on 2nd of March 2020 which unfortunately got postponed due to Covid-19 and later on the post wedding reception scheduled at Jodhpur on 15th of March had to be also cancelled . We got only 07 days for making all required arrangements at Goa from invite to checkout.... Just see the agony of the life, the person who out of his passion is engaged in doing destination weddings of Clients with months of detailing had to execute his own son’s wedding just in a weeks period of time. Thanks to dear friend Mr Vincent Ramos , Area director Taj group of Hotels & General Manager and his entire team who laid red carpets all along with best possible support . It will be incomplete if I do not mention cooperation of my friend Mr Serrao Francis & Mr Hanish Tomblo of Crosscraft Pvt Ltd , Goa whose team did a miracle job inspite of very short notice . Time flies, today completed 03 months of their wedding.. there is always a blessing in disguise, the couple who were scheduled to go out of country for their honeymoon trip had altogether a different experience of having longest post wedding stay at home increasing bonding with us ): A big thank to all my dear associates, artists , vendors & my ever ready event team who came to Goa despite of little panic situation which shows their deep love & affection and the respect team Perfexion Events earned in all these years. Our heartiest gratitude to all of them for making the wedding of a wedding planner not only grand but also very elegant & most memorable weddings of the year. Although wedding could not happen in Bahrain but still would like to thank Hotel Sofitel , Fourseasons and Bahrain Tourism & Exhibhiton Authority (BTEA) team members for their tremendous support and warm hospitality during recee visits . Anil and I were working hand in hand with Mr. Serrao and he was there for us whenever we needed anything. Him and his team were so accommodating and helpful. We got married in Thailand and Mr. Serrao worked with the people in Thailand to make our dream wedding come true. He went through sleepless nights, several flights, and put up with all of our requests. His work and his team are extremely professional and were always in sync with us. Mr. Serrao has become like family and we cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work.
