Saili and I started our journey with Castle and Coasters in June 2019 when we met Namah & Eddie . I personally knew Eddie through his ex company and had an amazing rapport with him since years and Namah and I had common friends so I always knew off her in the event space. Saili and I had a clear view of kind of people we want to take us through this process of full filling our Dream Wedding! And that meeting at Soho House when saili and I came out of It knew that we have a perfect combination of Creativity and on ground Experience & got convinced to have them on Board to plan our Big Day !! For me I interact with planners as I am in the event space but The connection between Saili and Team of Castle and coasters was important for me which she felt in the first go after meeting Namah & Eddie. The process with our parents was smooth as they completely backed us by views and again in the first meeting the connection between the 2 families and the team was fantastic! Saili and I had a simple brief to the team, A classy elegant fun young and a ritual centric wedding celebration is what we were looking ! So there was a lot of views, opinions, banter, which we termed it as brainstorming in the process! Namah being the master of her creative space and surely knows what she is talking about, the themes, colour palates, decor elements & executions, collaterals, e invites were all on point and in sync! I always believe that planners become family by the end of the process and they are the ones that you have to trust and here was Eddie with all his experiences wanting to go a notch above in every meeting where the execution and show flow is concerned! Technicals on point and a never say no attitude brings him to experiment and also brings the best out of him! Now let’s talk of the Mains of the CNC (no it’s not Eddie or Namah) Jahanvee - the backbone of CNC calmness, warmth, always smiling even when bombarded with shit loads of work, she would makes the process seem so smooth and easy not only for the bride and groom but the whole family !! Saili always says if it wasn’t for the Team of CNC specially Jahanvee the experience and execution wouldn’t be the same. The process from the RSVP to the reminders to all our guest - Kiran has sat long hours with our mothers to make our guests feel welcomed till they check out. Bijal Tanushree were hardworking and sincere. The whole team of shadows were spectacular !! Special mention to Saili’s shadow who really gave it all to make it comforting on the Big Day ! This is just a beginning for CNC it will surely reach great heights with the dedication and sincerity. And ofcourse as Namah knows if she needs creative help I am just a call away ! We were so glad to have ‘Castles & Coasters’ as our wedding planners. It was less working with planners and more working with friends who ensured we had the best wedding possible. We could stress less about how guests were being treated/taken care of at the wedding given the professionalism and personal attention provided by Edul and Namha’s team. Edul and Namha ensured that we were taken care of by the property, making sure that all elements that go into a wedding, however minor, were discussed with the property. Their attention to detail and aesthetic sense were in line with our creative briefs for the décor. Each member of Edul and Namha’s crew were earnest, hardworking (including a few who must have hardly slept during the 2 nights of the wedding) and humble, making them easy to work with and always accessible
