As fresh as it can get, this Indian destination wedding in Ras Al Khaimah is bracingly elegant and we love the details and color-blast oozing out of the decor. Nestled between the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, a lush golf course and the majestic Hajar mountains, the couple chose the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah as their wedding destination. The story of two friends culminated in a wedding that took place on 16th March 2022.
This beautiful Indian destination wedding in UAE is filled with vibrant colors and whimsical elements and was conceptualized, planned, and managed by FB Celebrations Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading wedding planning services.

K+ P Love St0ry
The love story of Kanika & Pavan is yet another classic example of a twist of fates bringing them together. They came together as acquaintances, Kanika was Pavan’s sister’s friend. A couple of meetings and coffee outings were what it needed to turn the friendship into a proposal and the rest is history.
The 3-day celebrations had multiple events lined up from a welcome cocktail and pool party to sangeet, haldi and wedding followed by an after party.
Romantic Welcome Cocktail Dinner
The extravaganza began with the Welcome Cocktail which took place on 14th March 2022 at Camelia Terrace on the property. FB Celebrations infused a whole lot of romance and glamour into creating a night of glamour. The aesthetics of the evening were adorned with luxe vibes where a seated dinner was set up. A build-up of different levels of candles in vases and votives for a warm, modern look complimented with metallics, velvets and ombre florals.
Fun-Filled Pool Party
The pool party and sangeet took place on 15th March 2022 near the Family Pool area. Shades of yellow and orange looked immaculate against the pool backdrop and the glowing sunset. The decor saw a variety of textures in a lounge setup, crafts, and quirky floral arrangements in cages, tables, ceilings and more. With a tropical theme and several games and refreshing live entertainment, the guests had a gala time enjoying the pre-festivities.
A Night Full Of Stars At The Sangeet
It was as if the stars came alive. The whole setup was lit adding drama and colossal flair with twinkling lights. Crafted in hues of black and silver, the décor was a confluence of idiosyncratic and upscale glamour. The Sangeet was nothing short of a starry night with its contemporary decor that put everyone in the mood to party. The couple along with guests danced the night away with their power-packed performances. With its numerous lights, high-octane performances and a colossal stage with LED backdrops, the event was ultra-glam!
Whimsical Wedding Celebrations
The profuse use of baby’s breath in this wedding is compelling. From the mandap decor to the wall ceiling, aisle and table setting, it created jaw-dropping eyesight for guests to revel in the heavenly look. The baby’s breath adds softness and has a romantic, ethereal quality. By lining the wedding aisle with spray-painted bursts of baby’s breath and ranunculus they added some unexpected beauty to the venue, which only enhanced its natural attraction. It was minimalistic yet extravagant! Bathing in the beauty of white, the thoughtful placement of chandeliers amidst the florals created what we’d like to call- ‘a treat to the eye.’
When asked about his inspiration behind creating breathtaking celebrations Bhavnesh shares- “Life is a planned event, from child to adult it manifests into something we live, dream and breathe on a day-to-day basis. Planning is embedded in our culture, ecosystem and our living.”
