What has been one of life’s biggest learnings for you, that you would like to share with others too: One of life’s biggest lessons for me is realizing how little we actually know. Life is a constant journey of learning in every direction and dimension. I believe it’s important to understand this because the more you learn, the more humble you become. What is an ideal day off from work for you: It would involve self-care – a beauty treatment of some description, perhaps lunch for one, catching a matinee show at the theatre or a movie. I would also ensure there was time to spend with friends and family, I love my work but my personal connections are what nourish and sustain me.

What has been one of life’s biggest learnings for you, that you would like to share with others too: Developing courage and confidence requires facing your fears. This can be as simple as showing up for yourself and your business without concerning yourself about how you look or how you will be perceived.
