With a wealth of over 12 years of experience in design, planning and management the company has planned magnificent destination weddings across Indonesia, UAE, Florence and several exotic locales. We got in touch with Innayat Khubchandani, the Director of Innaz Communique who spoke about the magical affairs created by his company and how teamwork really makes the dream work!
How does it feel to win this prestigious award?
This is such a great achievement for us, to be recognized by DWP for the work we do and have worked so hard for, it means so much to us. The support we got not only from out past clients, customers or vendors but also from all the guest at the DWP Congress was just amazing.
How was your experience at the luxurious Destination Wedding Planners Congress 2019 that took place in Dubai?
We had a great experience and to be at the home of DWP head office made it so much more special. The hospitality that we felt was so warm and it did feel like we were invited into your home to experience this great time with you!
What motivates you to be so active within this dynamic wedding world?
To create along with the appreciation shown by the people we create for gives a warm fuzzy feeling inside. We also want to share with everyone and work together to push our boundaries, to be better than our last effort, all the time. It is what keeps us alive.
Tell us about your overall journey and how you have achieved this milestone.
We started off in 2006 where like any other company, we did not have a clue what we were up to. We learnt along the way, we experienced as we went along and most importantly, we grew over a period of time. After every event we sit back as a team and we highlight what and where our weaknesses are and we have to make sure we then fix these issues as a team before the next one comes along. During our time we have also had the support of our family and friends who have stood by our side. Also, our vendors that we have grown together with have always held our hands along the way, towards the right path so that we can be successful together.
According to you, what are some of the best weddings you have planned till date and how have they shaped your incredible career pathway?
For me, every wedding that we have the opportunity to plan translates into the best wedding! Each and every wedding stands out for a different reason and we don’t take this for granted.
Please provide a word of inspiration for the new, upcoming set of individuals who strive to follow in your footsteps and make it big in the wedding industry.
This industry is always about team work, never try to do anything on your own. Remember to grow together, achieve together, cry together and most importantly breathe together.
