As a community, we’ve all become much more aware of the issues facing our planet and the role we (organizers, wedding planners, vendors) play in this, and many couples are finding that they simply can’t ignore this on their wedding day either. When you take little steps to counter for change, they add up to a bigger result. 2022 will be all about going green and finding ways to cut down what’s unnecessary!

The marquee set up by Organic-Concept was 100% made by organic and ethically-sourced fibers. The wooden furniture supplied by Zazoo Event Rentals showcased going back to the roots and having a simple yet glamourous sitting arrangement. The leather notebooks supplied by Cartalia Wedding Stationery were also totally made by vegan materials!
Huge Entertainment

2022 wedding trends will joyfully embrace the full-scale events we’ve all been missing. The guest list might be small but the level of experiences, personalization and entertainment especially, will be huge! Live bands, fireworks, guest engagement partners will be highly focused on by couples. At DWP Greece, we had a fabulous line of entertainers. From Next Level Music flying all the way from UK to perform a breathtaking gig at the Theme Night to Shine Live Band performing in the After Party, our attendees surely had a time of their lives.

Guests were astounded by the synchronized swimming from Naiads. We also had Megan McConnell with her beautiful voice making everybody hit the dance floor. Black and White Drums stole the show with their amazing drumbeats. Shmulikim Dancers energized all of us during the conference. While Rhodes Wedding DJ buzzing all of us with his grooving beats. And to sum up the 1st night, Zairis Fireworks gave a treat to our eyes with their spectacular fire show.

Dried palms fit into boho, romantic, modern, minimalist or maximalist, there’s a place for dried palms. These natural charmers add texture and depth to any wedding day. We used this for the Gala Night and it looked stunning. The tall structures on the table looked straight out of a fairytale and gave a luxe feel to the overall setup. Be it a beach ceremony or a desert, we will see these a lot in 2022 weddings.

Wedding calligraphy is the perfect way to give a special and personalized touch to your wedding day. It will add a creative and unique feel and give your guests an insight into the thought and care you have taken to make your big day special.

To make our attendees’ experience more personalized, we had Mazi Event & Cartalia Studio who created handwritten invites for the event and Hello Calligraphy who designed beautiful drapes during the Theme Night.
Vegan Menu
The plant-based diet craze is catching like wildfire with a 600% increase in the past three years. Not only is it saving the planet, but it’s also saving lives. To highlight this emerging trend, we had a vegan option during all the events in the 3-day conference. We worked directly with the catering team to help direct their classic hit dishes into new vegan indulgences for the event to promote a vegan lifestyle.
After a tough 18 months of lockdown restrictions, engaged couples are looking forward to 2022 with renewed hope and excitement. They can dream again of big parties, packed dancefloors and photos full of smiling guests. Together with loved ones, we’ll celebrate all the things denied to us this past year and kick off the future with joyful enthusiasm. See you all in DWP Bali!
